This new document covers the need for an environmental protection regulation that is compatible with management of the mining sector in Valencia .

According to the office of communication of council, the objective of this new legislation is to establish an environmental order of the mining activity, which guarantees a rational management of the exploitations aimed at the minimisation of their environmental impact and the restoration of natural areas affected by these exploitations.
